Who we are
TeamControlSheet ("we") provides a web application for team task tracking, approvals and performance ratings. Contact: teamcontrolsheet@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: username, display name, designation, optional work email.
- Workspace content: tasks, comments, attachments, ratings, chat messages and audit history that your team creates.
- Technical data: sign-in session tokens and last-seen time needed to run the service.
- Outlook import (optional): only the emails you select are copied into tasks. We request read-only access and do not store your Microsoft password.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing tasks to the right people, sending reminders and digests, and producing reports for your Team Leader. We do not sell personal data or use workspace content for advertising.
Who can see your data
Data is isolated per workspace. Inside a workspace, access follows roles: personal tasks are visible only to their owner; ratings only to the Team Leader and the approver.
Processors
We host data with Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and may use an email delivery provider for digests. They process data on our instructions.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while the workspace is active. A Team Leader can remove users; a workspace owner can request full deletion by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data through your Team Leader or by contacting us.
