The service
TeamControlSheet lets teams assign, review, approve and rate work. By creating or joining a workspace you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. The person who creates a workspace is its Team Leader and controls who can join.
Your content
You own the content your team puts in the workspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, to attack or overload the service, or to access other workspaces.
Plans and limits
The Free plan has usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at the end of a billing period. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. Keep your own exports of critical records.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms.
